The assumption right now is that the system is hooked up to some
authentication provider.  The default admin settings can be changed in
the config file, but the system itself does not have the ability to
store multiple users on its own afaik.

Possible.  Also try http://serverIp:8080/admin since by default Felix
runs on port 8080.

It will work without it and store the database in an h2 file-backed db.
 This file resides in the root of the Matterhorn storage directory.
