A reminder that the Opencast Board elections are coming up next Tuesday,
September 13th. As an adopting institution, you will be eligible to
vote, but your institution must be registered as an adopter at
http://opencast.org/matterhorn-adopters. If your organization is using
Matterhorn in either a pilot or production mode, or have definitive
plans to do so, please add your profile to the adopters list!

To add yourself to the adopter page, you first need an active account
at opencast.org. If you don't have one yet, please create one at

accounts (apologies for this, due to a history of excessive spamming).
Once your account is active, login and go to
http://opencast.org/node/add/adopter-profile (link also available at
the top of the Adopters page).
When submitting your profile, be sure to select someone for "Primary
Representative" to be eligible for voting in the board elections. This
person needs to have an active account on the site, and will have
voting privileges for board elections. This person should have the
appropriate authority to represent the organization in matters
regarding involvement in the Opencast Community.
