Hi All,
Post our 1.2 upgrade I'm having a problem with 1 capture agent that has
me puzzled. Symptoms:
1) Capture agent registers capabilities with core and correctly set state.
2) a unscheduled capture on the agent is successfully pushed and
processed by core
however:
3) A scheduled recording on core is never picked up by the CA
I've reviewed the config and can't see anything wrong. Clearly the CA is
able to talk to the core and the URL for the CA is correct (though I
believe the core doesn't need to call the CA?). The logs also seem to
show nothing untoward.
Any ideas how to debug this issue?
