I am having a real problem with the Matterhorn Appliance (rev 2.2.0e) which simply is not registering to the core (rel. 1.2). I can see it trying to talk to the core, because when I am changing the core server address on the MA admin from DNS to IP address (i.e. the DNS address is set on the ../conf/conf.properties file not the IP address), the core complains with this message:
2011-10-07 14:12:25 WARN (OrganizationFilter:96) - No organization is mapped to handle http://core-IPaddress:8080/ 2011-10-07 14:13:18 WARN (OrganizationFilter:96) - No organization is mapped to handle http://core-IPaddress:8080/capture-admin/rest/agents So there is something which is stopping the MA to communicate fully with the core. I was seeing the MA on the capture field for a short time about a week ago, but this was probably a glitch? Am I missing something on the MA setup to have the full communication with the core? I am only using the http://MA-IPaddress/admin to set the communication with the core. I really need the MA working asap, so I do appreciate very much your advice. Leslaw
