Matterhorn 1.2. One capture agent connected to a distributed server system. Recordings are forever stuck in the status of "capturing". From my limited understanding I believe this means the scheduleStop/StopCaptureJob is not happening successfully - but this doesn't help me troubleshoot the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
