Feel Free to use 10.04 that version is supported as well. 10.10 is in a
way the critical release for the Capture Agent and some other components
because after that release the v4l support was completly replaced by v4l2.
For the core even newer versions (like 11.10 should work too), but they
are not systematically QAed yet.
