First off, please make sure you have the most recent version of the firmware (2.2.3). It can be obtained from www.epiphan.com/downloads/firmware/Davinci_Matterhorn/beta.php > We can get the stream from the box using a laptop using vlc, but we > cannot see any traces of the box on the core server. The configuration of the ECD is done via the admin interface at http://$my_device/admin. The default username is admin, with a blank password. The device defaults with Matterhorn disabled, so after configuring and enabling it the device should appear on your core. If you have already found this then it's possible you did not include the correct port in the core url field, or forgot to tick the checkbox to enable Matterhorn at the top of the page. If that still doesn't work then try restarting the device. And if it still doesn't work after that please let the list know and we can step through some more troubleshooting steps! > We did not receive any documentation with the parcel the box was shipped > in. Is it correct that there are no documentation for it? Yes, unfortunately. I'm still working on the documentation but it should hopefully be up shortly! G
