I suspect the ECD isn't actually communicating properly, or your events are scheduled too close to the current time. I reflashed my devices here this morning and I cannot reproduce this issue. When you look at http://localhost:8080/capture-admin/agents/${agent_name}.json is the time-since-last-update field under 60000? This is the number of milliseconds since the agent last checked in, and should regularly reset to 0.
