I did a quick run on both installations and I did not see any major problem.

I only have few observations:
i) the Confidence Monitoring is producing Error 404,  which I think is 
generated because the Capture Agent is not connected

ii) there is a number of missing or wrong links on the main (welcome.html) 
page, which would be good to rectify 
   I will send you a detailed list later on.

Can you provide us with a documentation or this will be published when the 1.3 
is officially released?

What about the MCD f/w?  Will this be updated for 1.3? 

And finally, the 'upgrade path' from 1.2 to 1.3 - can we expect any docs or a 
short guide?
