Which version of the firmware?  There is a bug (recently found
unfortunately) which prevents large captures from being ingested
properly.  I have patched the ingest script to prevent the dataloss
(unreleased), but this just means that the capture is stuck on the
internal memory rather than just lost.  I'm still waiting to hear back
from Epiphan regarding why the zip program doesn't package the media
properly...
