FYI, yes, as indicated by Rolf Rüdiger, text extraction now works for
us at VUT if we change the position of the "-ss" element, and it does not
take up so much more time that I would realize it.
profile.text-analysis.http.ffmpeg.command = -strict unofficial -y -i
#{in.video.path} -ss #{time} -r 1 -vframes 1 -f image2 -pix_fmt rgb24
#{out.dir}/#{out.name}#{out.suffix}

I will do some manual tests some time tomorrow, to evaluate if the other
position of the -ss option yields a better image, and report it there.

I'd think this means Matterhorn will only generate one image in the
first place, which is the one at the beginning (otoh: it has text in
it, which is not recognized).
P.S. it would be totally great if this could be fixed before or
shortly after the 1.3 release.
