The reason for this is that it allows us to differentiate two things: 1) New tickets that have not been looked at and that have not been prioritized 2) Tickets that have been prioritized to live in the backlog So in my mind, we either need a fix version called backlog, or we use "Trunk" instead (as proposed). Fix version "none" does not allow us to figure out whether the ticket is a) not to be fixed in the near future or b) has not been taken care of at all.
