User management in Matterhorn currently assumes some outside service like
CAS or LDAP. There is a Users tab available where one can edit roles, but
addition/deletion of users on this page is not implemented.

No configuration of Capture Agents needs to be done on the Server. They
simply log in with their credentials and say "Hello, I'm here" to the
server using the REST API's.
