Do I need to register before I can propose a session?

> America! June 6-8, 2012
>
> Hello Opencast Community,
>
> The Opencast Board is pleased to announce the opening of registration for the
> 2012 summer unconference at Harvard University, June 6th - 8th. At
> http://unconference.opencast.org, you will be able to officially register for
> the unconference, and together we can plan an agenda full of inspiring,
> cooperative and productive sessions.
>
> If you are planning to attend the unconference, please start by visiting the
> registration page and complete the steps for the registration process:
> http://unconference.opencast.org/registration. We wouldn't like to sound
> pushy, but it's graduation time at Harvard so you should plan, register, and
> book quickly.
>
> Once you have created an account and have registered to attend, consider the
> sessions list your tool to suggest the topics you would like to be covered or
> to propose a session you would like to lead. Never mind the duration of a
> session at this stage, experience from the Oxford Unconference tells us that
> many sessions were too short, some were just right, and, yes, some probably
> too long. We'll see to that later. A session can be a presentation,
> roundtable discussion (birds of a feather), workshop, users helping users -
> whatever format works best for your topic.
>
> Looking forward to seeing many of you in Harvard!
