Michael, Galicaster (www.galicaster.org) can record from any devices compatible with v4l (v4l2), and thus also from two DVI inputs if you install the necessary hardware (capture cards) to allow it, just like the reference capture agent.
I believe we'll also be in the vendor showcase at the Unconference in Hardvard, so you'll be able to take a look and compare the different solutions available.
