Thank you very much for your extensive reply. 

Following of what you said about the PuMuKIT, I did a quick search via Google 
and found a number of references to PuMuKIT. It really is a very powerful and 
sophisticated video management and presentation kit, really impressive!
I am currently studying a way of publishing and protecting recordings, though a 
great majority of our recordings will be with an open access. 
We have 'RADAR' our own media repository system based on the Equella package, 
and we will also start working soon on the MH/Moodle integration.
The PuMuKIT sounds very interesting, and it's very likely that I will come to 
you again.
