Hi Doug, did the processing finished, or what was the state of affairs when everything stopped? From the pastebin, it is not exactly clear what is going wrong, I see only DEBUG and INFO messages, indicating that the messages are not critical.
Regarding the shutdown problem: which shutdown script are you using? The one from the source checkout? Rüdiger may be able to give you insight into the script (at least I think that he is the author).
