Hello, Am working on integrating matterhorn with another software called Synote (A software that annotates videos, this does not record or stores video,it only take a public URL of the recording). The challenge is that synote prefers mp4 for videos and mp3 for audios, matterhorn can only produce this version through custom workflow and profile. The ideal solution is to get the RSS feed to this other formats (mp4, mp3). Is this possible ? If not, how do i get the URL to this formats ? Another suggestion is to use REST search index. please can someone give a detailed suggestion on how best to achieve this ?
