Is it possible? Yes. However that machine would have to be very very powerful to act as both the presentation machine (ie, that the presenter uses) and the encoding machine that Matterhorn runs on. This would also require a fair bit of custom device configuration to integrate capturing from the local desktop. This is not a configuration that Matterhorn supports out of the box.
