There is no version 3 there is only 1.3. and this is not compatible with
the remote inbox.

Also, the interface is stuff, I cannot even try to retry the ingest.

the matterhorn remote inbox tool, I get the message when I want to

No series information available. Make sure your server is on-line and
has series information available and you have rights to them.
