I'm guessing you haven't edited that file but just in case you should look at its content to make sure the epiphan.presenter profile is in there. Any "suspicious" permissions on that file? Also it would be better if you could identify the stack traces by host when you post them (pastebin.com works fine for me) as the admin node error logs might also give some relevant info. Last but not the least have you ever been able to go trough a default workflow using a sample file using the "upload recording" feature of the Admin UI?
