in order to solve your problem using Matterhorn you will need Matterhorn
compliant capture devices. Epiphan is selling one, as are Entropywave and
Ncast. You will also find on the Matterhorn wiki how to build a capture agent
yourself. Matterhorn offers a scheduling component that the capture agent will
talk to in order to pick up recording times. After recording, the agent will
ingest the recorded material into the Matterhorn backend for processing.

You do need to set up a Linux server to run Matterhorn. I am not familiar with
Raspberry Pi but it looks like it won't be able to satisfy Matterhorn's memory
(2GB+) and CPU needs.
