First off, thank you Stuart. We have a strong system here, despite it's issues, and it's only going to get better as time goes on.

I think it's healthy to be aware of the warts in any system, but you are correct in that we tend to focus on those more than we should. We as a community, especially those with successful deployments, need to show off the parts that are working. We've had a few case studies but they are somewhat out of date and I don't know how well they are publicized. Our most successful adopters are frequently at the adoption meetings, but they can't really be expected to expound the virtues of Matterhorn at every meeting! Perhaps it's time for some updates on the case studies? Or for those with successful deployments, especially if they are integrated with other tools, to come forward and let us know? Even just a paragraph description of what each institution has deployed would let us point to good, successful deployments when we are talking with potential adopters.
