My coleague Rubén Pérez remind me to include NCast on the previous list.

NCast digitizer has BNC, VGA and DVI inputs that support several
resolutions and formats.
As Blackmagic is more versatil  but it is the most expensive of them all.
The linux support is up-to-date.

The point is to take advantage of the possibility or recording two streams
at the same time (screen and camera). They come together and you have to
cut it later (in MH).
Personally I don't like this very much. In Galicaster we still have some
work to do to get all the potential from NCast digitizer, cutting the
side-by-side in origin and having real dual stream.
It's not big deal but it isn't done yet.
