Hi Josh I found what the problem was after all. I was messing around with the 'full' definition workflow and I must have commented out one of the tasks that the thumbnail generation depends on. I think it was one of the 'preview' tasks. Reason I commented it out is that we are not using the 'Hold' feature so there is no need to generate previews and since .flv compression cannot be multithreaded on ffmpeg the process is just slowing down the workflow for nothing. Is there a way to disable the preview task without losing the thumbnails? (that's assuming my theory is correct). Thanks!
