Technically this behavior is expected. However, it does prove problematic by
filling up the ingest-temp space and creating a lot of duplicate workflows.
Are you using apache as a proxy on your sever? If so, you should check your
proxy timeout settings and make sure to increase them beyond the default. I see
that some of those recordings are very long (1:45) and if the ingest upload
takes longer than the timeout, you get that exact behavior.
