The capture agent sends updates on the status of recording asynchronously. In
this case, the recording is already being processed, so the capture admin
service's attempt to update the workflow fails. This should be just a logging
/ cosmetic issue, since the original workflow should continue unharmed. Please
fill in any details if this is not the case.
Ideally, the capture agent would send updates synchronously so we don't have
this kind of problem, but I don't think there's any hope of that for the 1.1
release.
