Hi Greg (again)

I think that you can use the "prepare-av" operation that already exists. You
do not need to write source code. Using ffmpeg to split the streams [1], you
only need to create two special profile, an profile for each output flavour.
An example would be:

profile.multistream.presenter.work.name = Re-encode audiovisual track
profile.multistream.presenter.work.input = stream
profile.multistream.presenter.work.output = audiovisual
profile.multistream.presenter.work.mimetype = #{in.video.mimetype}

profile.multistream.presenter.work.suffix = -work.#{in.video.suffix}

profile.multistream.presenter.work.ffmpeg.command = -strict inofficial -i
#{in.video.path} -sameq -shortest -acodec copy -vcodec copy #{out.dir}/#{
out.name}#{out.suffix}* -map 0:0 -map 0:2*

profile.multistream.presentation.work.name = Re-encode audiovisual track
profile.multistream.presentation.work.input = stream
profile.multistream.presentation.work.output = audiovisual
profile.multistream.presentation.work.mimetype = #{in.video.mimetype}

profile.multistream.presentation.work.suffix = -work.#{in.video.suffix}

profile.multistream.presentation.work.ffmpeg.command = -strict inofficial -i
#{in.video.path} -sameq -shortest -acodec copy -vcodec copy #{out.dir}/#{
out.name}#{out.suffix} *-map 0:0 -map 0:1*

Finally adjust the workflow to use these profiles in the "prepare-av"
operation:

    <operation
      id="prepare-av"
      fail-on-error="true"
      exception-handler-workflow="error"
      description="Preparing presenter audio and video work versions">
      <configurations>
        <configuration key="source-flavor">*multistream/source*
</configuration>
        <configuration key="target-flavor">presenter/work</configuration>
        <configuration key="rewrite">false</configuration>
        <configuration key="promiscuous-audio-muxing">false</configuration>
*        <configuration
key="encoding-profile">multistream.presenter.work</configuration>*
      </configurations>
    </operation>

    <operation
      id="prepare-av"
      fail-on-error="true"
      exception-handler-workflow="error"
      description="Preparing presentation audio and video work version">
      <configurations>
        <configuration key="source-flavor">*multistream/source*
</configuration>
        <configuration key="target-flavor">presentation/work</configuration>
        <configuration key="rewrite">false</configuration>
        <configuration key="promiscuous-audio-muxing">false</configuration>
*        <configuration
key="encoding-profile">multistream.presentation.work</configuration>*
      </configurations>
    </operation>

PD: I think that the flavor of this multimedia file should be
"multistream/source" o "epiphan/source".
