Sorry for this being so lengthy Markus. Hopefully you'll start at this last
comment: you can ignore the previous comments and just go straight to the
linked issues (they represent the issues I've brought up in comments that still
stand...dropping #2 issue re. horizontal rule because it actually isn't
missing; seems to be a general table display problem in Firefox).
