Agree with Micah that specifying the ACL directly in the upload/scheduler
screen isn't right, especially not for 1.2 (That is, I could come up with
design solutions that allow for Series editing while on the scheduler/upload
screens...would actually allow for a more efficient workflow for admin
user...but I know we're not going to get that implemented in the short term.)
But I'd hate to remove the possibility of adding a new series during scheduling
or upload. If at all possible, It would be best to continue to allow this and
to provide a "notice" to the effec that a new series is being created and that
items in this series will be publicly viewable (since that's ootb default)
unless they subsequently go to Series tab and edit the Series' privileges. (I
am assuming that ACL can be edited any time, but will only impact those
recordings that haven't yet been distributed. Does this seem right?)
