We were chatting on irc today and it came up that ACLs get attached to the workflow at schedule time and not at processing time. Since there could be a huge gap between the time something was scheduled and the time it is processed the acls could have changed quite dramatically. So, is there a reason that workflows need the ACL at start, and not on ingest?
