Hi all,
I ran into a strange error that caused a failed capture (with no
recordings at all) on a capture agent (default MH spec with Bluecherry
and Epiphan devices) running 1.1.x.
Here is the relevant error log in the opencast.log file:
2011-08-09 09:15:00 INFO (GStreamerPipeline:435) - Successfully
initialised 3 devices.
2011-08-09 09:15:00 INFO (GStreamerPipeline:104) - Initializing devices
for capture.
2011-08-09 09:15:00 INFO (AlsaProducer:121) - Sending EOS to stop alsasrc8
2011-08-09 09:15:00 WARN (GStreamerPipeline$2:149) - v4lsrc8: Could not
get/set settings from/on resource.
2011-08-09 09:15:00 INFO (V4LProducer:132) - Sending EOS to stop v4lsrc8
2011-08-09 09:15:00 INFO (V4L2Producer:128) - Sending EOS to stop v4l2src8
FWIW, restarting the MH capture agent resolved the issue.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue or steps to
troubleshoot this issue should it recur would be much appreciated.
