I meant no slight Ruben, I'm sorry. I was trying to get the release out on
time and maybe didn't do as thorough a job as I should have.
Earlier this week I changed a jira query which showed a bunch of release
blockers that affected version 1.2 but that had no fix version. I just added
fix version of 1.2 to each of them to reconsider. What I should have done
originally was change the fix version to 1.3 so that they didn't show up as
"orphaned".
I apologize, and realise the fix in trunk is ideal. I'm willing to take some
feedback either on what we should do right now, or how I should change working
process to make sure this mistake doesn't happen again.
