+1 to Michelle's proposals. +0 to Chris (I don't know if we even should vote this --apparently-- informal proposal, but anyway...). It sounds really good, but Jira tends to be chaotic and messy if no gardening is done from time to time, which makes me doubt this idea will work as expected.
