Cover art is already part of the search index, and is returned as part of
search responses. Using the existing cover art support in search (and hence,
in feeds) seems to be the best solution.
I will set the series cover art upon insertion into the search index.
While researching this bug, I noticed that as long as there is no cover art
attachment on a mediapackage, nothing sets the cover art field in the search
index. So as part of this task, I will insert the proper cover art attachment,
based on the series category, into each recording during a new workflow
"coverart" operation.
