I changed the search indexer so it uses the "cover.art.url.template" value in
config.properties to set the cover art for series in r10949.
Currently, the replacement for {0} in this template comes from the
"oc:category" property in the series dublin core catalog.
I also added the above mentioned coverart workflow operation so the cover art
is associated with each individual recording. This isn't strictly necessary to
address this issue, but it is useful overall since it sets the <cover> element
in the search results.
