After some discussion we have some proposals for this story (presumed one does
not close the browser or the tab).
1. One could push the upload to a seperate browser window as we know it from
ads (this can be blocked or even encounter some strange behaviour)
2. One could at a frame to to bottom of the page containing all the upload
logic and the progress bar
