Dear List,
as you may have noticed, the structure of the Admin UI has changed last
week. There is only one accessible HTML file left (index.html). With the
help of jQueryAddress [1] all sites can be reached via a hash tag. E.g.
the URL http://your.server:8080/scheduler.html can now be reached via
http://your.server:8080/index.html#/scheduler. Due to this changes it is
now much more comfortable to change the UI by editing only one page and
not 8 or 9.
Further more I changed the templating engine in the Admin UI from
Trimpath to jQote2 [2] which is much faster ( [3] + [4] )and more
customizable because it's a jQueryPlugin. I've extended that library so
it can load templates by handing over the url to a template. All
template files (.tpl) can be found in the templates subfolder.
If you have questions regarding these changes, feel free to bother me
with them. If you find a bug please file a bug and assign to me.
Greetings
Markus
