I think the endpoint name is good but it was the description in the rest
documentation that messed me up:
"Description: Returns the number of jobs this server can execute
concurrently." which from an all in one perspective is right but it should
read something like.
"Description: Returns the number of jobs that the servers in this service
registry can execute concurrently. If there is only one server in this service
registry this number will be the number of jobs the one server is able to do.
If it is a distributed install then this number will be the collective ability
of the cluster to process jobs concurrently."
