Susana,your suggestions are good, but for consistency's sake, let's do it the
same way that we do it in other forms: just report it as a "Missing or invalid
entry", saying "The title you have entered is already used by another Series."
And change the color of the label "Title" to red. I'll attach a screenshot from
the Scheduling UI.
(I realize this is more than a warning, but I can't think of a reason that
users shouldn't be prevented from entering a duplicate title. If you can, I'll
spec a design for where simple warning text should go.)
