this was the intention. One way to do it is to add the url to the Engage worker 
endpoint as variable during compilation. After this the prepared app can reside 
directly at the institution.
The second (build in) possibility is to use a sub-menue in the application 
itself and set/switch the endpoint there (screenshot [1]). This url is saved by 
the application.

@Nathan et.al: We are pretty close to finally get this Apple certificates for 
deployments. 
(some pictures from iPhone usage are also added to [1])
