Someone needs to test this with a real capture agent. If it is only a demo
capture agent thing, priority can be dropped. However, if it happens with real
capture agents, I'd keep this at Critical; it's way too easy for user to pass
over the duration drop downs and not realize until it's too late that they
scheduled with duration of zero.
