Demo CAs and real CAs are the same codebase, so if it's happening for one it
should be happening for both. In this case it's a UI bug I believe, but the CA
code has handling for zero duration captures as well (it skips them). Fix
version of 1.3 to ensure this gets tested, feel free to use the test clusters
are the U of S.
