Not working yet - I still haven't received any new tracking submissions. I
think in addition to the post url, you may also have to change this line:
params.add(new BasicNameValuePair("form_id", "webform_client_form_1834"));
To:
params.add(new BasicNameValuePair("form_id", "webform-client-form-1445"));
