This is important when admin has to manually add an "extra" lecture to a series
for which most of the recordings have a regular occurrence.
For example, this from an instructor of a course already being recorded 10a-12p
MWF:
"...we've got an evening lecture on Nov 21st at 7p -- not sure where, yet. I've
requested that we're in the same room (VLSB 2040). Is it possible to arrange
screen casting of that lecture, as well?"
--in this case the admin wouldn't want to have to re-enter all the metadata,
plus capture agent, & distribution settings. Large possibility of introducing
errors/discrepancies, too.
