The current status (using the latest 1.3.x code) on my test machine:
1. My .mp4's play with progressive download.
2. Encountering lip-sync issues with progressive download.
3. Wowza still confused with .flv media type and wont play.
4. The rtmp bug has been cleared.
5. Don't know if Red5 works as a streaming server or not with .mp4's.
