Okay. Markus found a trick to get test this although MH-8364 is still a
problem. You simply have to press play several times.
I added a patch from Leonid (rev 11329) that now allows wowza MP4 streaming. It
will not work with Red5 for MP4-Streaming but this would be not usable anyway.
Red5 FLV streaming is untouched!
This probably needs to be tested with the Adobe Media Server.
