How is the CPU load on your machine? If it is > 90% you will loose frames for
sure, because the machine can not encode fast enough if there are greater
changes in one of the videos.
Have you recorded this with 1.2 or 1.3. Because there are several improvements
in the performance of the 1.3 capture agent.
