Kevin, can you please ffmpeg -i the two files and pastebin it somewhere? I'd
like to try and verify if its QT Pro that is failing to load the files
correctly.
We are able to do 10 fps at 1024 with no more than a second difference between
video files, so you should not be seeing this issue.
