It's actually not in the workspace impl. the get method there is as expected
called only for files.
It is in the ingest from inbox somewhere. The file is copied over from the
collection/inbox in the right filesize. But then somwhere the source material
is dublicated into an additional directory (that is not created when I use the
web ingest) and the file in this dir is truncated to 2GB
